It's true that we here at C.A.N.R.S. have been slightly
critical of the UCI's sticker approval program in the past. So it's not surprising then that a bike gets used in one of the biggest races of the year without apparent approval...

Here is Antonio Piedra's "ViVelo". He rides for Caja Rural and just won a stage of the Vuelta. There are no photos on the ViVelo site that show a sticker and more importantly, the frame is not listed on the UCI "approved frames" list. |
